Winter Training Session

6 December 2007

New York (Chinatown Newswire) — This morning’s CSC training session set a new record for the coldest match played at the Stanton Street ground.

Temperatures hovered around 20 degrees Fahrenheit (about -7 degrees Celsius) at the 8:30 a.m. kick-off and remained well below freezing throughout the game.

A slight snow cover created a slippery playing surface that was nevertheless enjoyed by the surprisingly strong turnout of 18 club members.
