Friends and their wheels / pt.8: David Piper

Finally someone with a car amongst my friends!
David Piper, gentleman extraordinaire, dapper man of mystery, burlesque party host, and purveyor of fine tunes to dance to, with his 1976 Triumph Spitfire 1500. Incidentally, my mother had the exact same car when I was growing up, and I have fond memories of sitting in the minuscule area behind the seats and unzipping the rear window.
