Back in 2002, when we launched Intersection magazine, we started working with a young Japanese photographer who was ready to put a lot of effort into his shoots. During the following 8 years Satoshi Minakawa regularly produced spectacular still-life stories for us, documenting Japanese custom culture, from extravagantly decorated trucks to overly modified vans via scary-looking scooters and absurd custom bicycles.
Tonight we’re happy to be partners in an exhibition he’s having at The Printspace in London:
